Multi Trade Operative

My well-known Social Housing, Property Maintenance Client is currently looking to hire an experienced Multi Trader.

In this role, you will be working on tenanted social housing properties, ensuring the maintenance and reactive repair tasks are carried out to a high standard.

• 33 days holiday (Including Bank Holiday)
• 8am to 5:00pm (40h per week)
• Comapny Van & Fuel Card Supplied

Requirements:

• Experience: Joinery or Carpentry, plumbing, tiling, patch plastering.
• Social Housing experience
• NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent
• Passport/Right to Work
• Clean DBS Certificate
• Driving Licence (Up to 6 points is allowed)
