Bodyshop VDA / Estimator required in Acton, West London
Salary from £40k + per annum DOE + Bonus
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5:30pm

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor / Estimator to join our Client s Bodyshop in Acton.

The ideal candidate

As an experienced VDA Estimator, the purpose of your role is to assess a wide range of vehicles, using Audatex and calculate costings and the time required to complete all necessary repairs accurately and professionally.
You will liaise regularly with insurance engineers, write job cards for and liaise regularly with the workshop and contact customers to provide updates.

Responsibilities:

• Assess damage to a range of vehicle makes/ models;
• Calculate time and cost for all necessary repairs;
• Create estimates via Audatex;
• Negotiate estimates and discuss any issues relating to the claim with engineers;
• Record all repair information on Autoflow;
• Work with the team to ensure customer satisfaction scores are maintained;
• Provide customers with updates in relation to cost involved and time to complete the repairs.

Requirements:

• Excellent organisational skills;
• Experience using Audatex;
• ATA Accreditation (ATA VDA) would be beneficial but not essential
