Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons and maintain classroom routines
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Adapt quickly to different school settings, building rapport with students and staff while adhering to school policies.
• Assess and support pupil progress, providing feedback and guidance, even during short-term placements.

Requirements:

• PGCE, QTS, or HLTA Level 4 qualifications.
• Experience working with primary school students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to various teaching environments and work effectively with diverse student populations.
• Flexibility and willingness to work on short notice.
