The Role - SEN Support Worker

As an SEN Support Worker, you will:

• Work 1:1 and in small groups with students who have a range of needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
• Support class teachers with behaviour management and lesson engagement
• Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people with SEN (preferred but not essential)
• A passion for inclusive education and training
• A proactive, patient, and resilient mindset
• Local to Hackney or able to travel there reliably
