The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor Role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll support a dynamic portfolio across some of the most innovative and technical sectors in the UK, including:

The incoming Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will be working in a client-facing role with blue-chip clients, offering you strong exposure and the platform to progress into Associate level and beyond. The role provides a structured career path with personalised development plans, alongside mentoring responsibilities to support junior team members and enhance the MEP offering.

The Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

The successful Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor will have:

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS or currently working towards is highly desirable
• Previous MEP/M&E Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS/Consultancy
• The desire & ability to mentor and manage more junior surveyors and help strengthen the MEP service
