About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students with diverse needs reach their full potential. You will work closely with teachers to provide tailored support, ensuring that every child receives the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Support individual students or small groups with special educational needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Build strong relationships with students to promote their confidence and well-being.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is preferred.
• A passion for helping students succeed and a commitment to inclusive education.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications in education or child development (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are advantageous but not essential.
