Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure a seamless and welcoming workplace experience
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 9 across various functions - Lost and found, Porterage, Event setup and post room operations
- Act as the main point of contact for on-site stakeholders and client engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and enhance the working environment
- Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with internal departments and FM support teams for smooth service integration
- Proven experience in a workplace, FM, hospitality, or corporate office management role
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to build motivated, high-performing teams
- Confident communicator with stakeholder management expertise
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
- Energetic, approachable, and passionate about delivering outstanding service
