About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager/Surveyor to join our established team in Finchley Central. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with 2-5 years' experience to develop their career within a dynamic commercial property environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties including offices, retail units, industrial estates, and open storage facilities
• Conducting property inspections and valuations across various asset classes
• Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors for hotel, residential, and commercial properties
• Rent reviews and lease negotiations
• Property marketing and void management
• Building maintenance coordination across multi-use developments
• Financial reporting and budget management for varied property types

Requirements

• 2-5 years' experience in commercial property management or surveying
• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
• High standards of integrity and professional ethics
• Energy and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional client service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and solutions
• Proficiency in property management software
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Professional qualifications (RICS/working towards) advantageous
• Proactive approach with excellent attention to detail

What We Offer

• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
• Holiday: 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Christmas Shutdown: Additional time off over the festive period
• Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (office-based)
