The Role: Early Years Lead

• Teach an engaging and creative Reception class as a full-time EYFS teacher.
• Lead the EYFS phase, ensuring consistent and high-quality practices across the Early Years department.
• Monitor and support staff, driving professional development and sharing best practices.
• Work closely with SLT to refine the EYFS curriculum and maintain exceptional standards.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with substantial experience teaching in the EYFS.
• A passion for Early Years education, with a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and support a team.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with children, staff, and parents effectively.
