As a Sales Progressor, you will play a key role in managing the sales journey from the moment an offer is accepted until completion. Your expertise will ensure a seamless experience for our clients, as you oversee both property sales and maintain vital relationships with solicitors.

Duties:

• Sales Process Management:Oversee property sales from offer acceptance to final completion, ensuring every step is executed flawlessly.
• Solicitor Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with solicitors for effective communication and swift issue resolution.
• Documentation and Compliance:Ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately and meet legal requirements.
• Coordination:Serve as the key liaison between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate a smooth sales process.
• Problem Resolution:Address and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the sales process, keeping everything on track.
• Communication:Keep clients informed about the progress of their sale and provide exceptional customer service throughout.
• Monitoring and Reporting:Track and report on the status of all ongoing sales, providing regular updates to management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within a Sales Progressor position.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
• Experience in property sales or a related field
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
