GVC are supporting a modern, independent practice in the St Albans area is seeking a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their growing 3-Vet team. The Role:
Full-time, permanent position - 40 hours over 4 days
1 in 3 weekends (with time off in lieu)
No OOHs or on-call - enjoy true work-life balance
Supported by 3 experienced RVNs and a strong support team
Varied caseload with both consults and surgery
Genuine opportunity to grow clinical interests, including leadership or certificate pathways

Ideal Candidate:
MRCVS with solid GP experience - 2 to 3 years
Confident in consults, diagnostics and routine surgery
Collaborative and proactive approach
Committed to CPD and personal growth
A positive communicator who enjoys client interaction
