Site Manager - Fit-Out

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager to join a long established and highly-respected contractor based in Canary Wharf.

Working across multiple sectors including commercial, office fit out, banks, education, healthcare, retail and leisure, with typical project values ranging from 200k up to 5m, the company are a leading main contractor who provide a full range of fit-out services, from design through to installation and commissioning, and as a result of continued growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Fit-Out Site Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, you will manage fit-out projects within the banking sector, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Coordinate with the site team, sub-contractors/suppliers, and clients to facilitate effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assess project status, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in procurement processes for materials and equipment necessary for project execution.
• Ensure all documentation is maintained accurately throughout the project duration.

Fit-Out Site Manager - Desirable Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

• Experienced Fit-Out Site Manager or similar role, i.e. Fit-Out Supervisor
• CAT A and CAT B Fit-Out experience
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• CSCS/SMSTS

Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Fit-Out Site Manager include:

• Base salary: 60,000 - 75,000 depending on experience
