About Us:

We are looking for a dedicated and flexible SEN Teaching Assistant to work in a SEN classroom provision in a Newham Primary School. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you would be supporting children within groups and on a 1:1 basis. The successful SEN Teaching Assistant will support children in key areas such as Maths and English. Having experience of ECHPs is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pupils with SEND
• Lead activities in key areas such as Maths and English
• Provide 1:1 support for children with high needs
• Working collaboratively with a team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a SEN Teaching Assistant
• Experience in supporting pupils with high needs
• Confident in supporting pupils with complex behaviour
• Willingness to work part of a team
