I'm looking for a practical, systems-oriented individual to join our close-knit team and help drive the production of their fresh produce juices.

About the Role

As a Production Manager/Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of their juice production business. Working with a small but dedicated team, you'll oversee production processes, ensuring quality and efficiency are always at the forefront. This is a hands-on role that combines management responsibilities with practical, on-the-ground involvement.

If you're willing to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in, we want to hear from you! An Eye for Detail - Someone who can maintaining quality and ensuring operational standards are met. An understanding of how machines work and the ability to adapt to new processes. They are very flexible with providing training. Having a Forklift Licensse would also be very beneficial for the position.

What's on Offer

• Salary: Starting at 28,000 for a supervisor role or 32,000- 35,000 for a production manager, with room for development.
• Hours: 5 days a week, 40 hours (7am-4pm).
