This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a leading, well-established insurance firm based in London. • Record and match clients' premium payments on the ledger
• Reconcile underwriters' payments and address discrepancies
• Liaise with underwriters to resolve issues during internal credit control meetings
• Send statement chasers to brokers/insureds and manage queries
• Prepare and issue broker commission statements, and investigate anomalies with other departments

• Proven experience in a finance role, particularly with high-volume transactions and journal postings
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience of working in a fast paced IBA (accounts receivable) environment is desirable
• Previous experience with SUN and Dynamics 365 is preferred but not essential

• Salary: Circa £30,000 per annum
