A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a fast-paced and dynamic estate agency environment. This role is ideal for a driven and results-oriented individual with a passion for property sales and excellent negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of properties for sale
• Conducting property viewings and handling enquiries
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
• Providing exceptional customer service and building client relationships
• Working towards and exceeding sales targets
  Staying up to date with market trends and local property values

Key Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in an estate agency
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• A proactive and target-driven approach
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
• Full UK driving license (preferred)
