Extended Access Practice Nurse

Elevation Healthcare are is seeking experienced and dedicated Practice Nurses to join an Extended Access service. This role offers the chance to provide essential healthcare services during evening hours, helping to improve access for our diverse patient population.

Hours:

• Specific Extended Access Hours: 18:30 - 21:30
• Days to be confirmed from rota

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive Asthma Reviews
• Perform cervical smear tests
• Administer various injections and vaccinations
• Carry out all standard practice nurse duties

Essential Qualifications:

• Current NMC registration
• Extensive experience in primary care nursing
• Proficiency in asthma management, cervical screening, and immunizations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evening shifts
