Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a leading residential developer and they are looking to recruit an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for their development in West London.

The scheme consists of a 4 Story Podium with a supermarket and 7 Residential Blocks above. 2 Blocks are Housing Association and 5 Blocks are Private - total units of 400+

Piling starts in the summer of next year and between then and now the focus will be working in a Commercial team and assisting with design, procurement, demolition and site set up.

The position will involve being based in Watford for 2025 with a view to moving to site in early 2026.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the selected candidate to be part of a commercial team and for the whole life cycle of a project.
