My client, a leading Financial services company is looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of a strategic Digital Enterprise Workflow/Process Orchestration platform. This role involves defining the IT architecture, coordinating resources, and establishing a process engineering capability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Definition: Oversee the implementation of a strategic digital workflow and process orchestration platform.
- Architecture and Infrastructure: Define IT architecture and infrastructure requirements.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with business and technology teams, managing stakeholder governance, objectives, and deliverables.
- Process Optimisation: Collaborate with business teams to identify pain points and optimise processes through automation and orchestration.
- Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team, ensuring effective delivery and platform adoption.
Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years in Business Process, Workflow, Case Management and Orchestration solution delivery in the financial sector.
- Expertise in BPMN, DMN, and enterprise process automation best practices.
- Proven experience with Camunda, Flowable, or similar technologies, integrated with on-prem and cloud-based platforms.
- Strong technical program management and proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
