About the Role:

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, including SEMH, both one-on-one and in group settings.
• Assist teachers in delivering lessons and adapting resources to meet student needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere to help students thrive academically and emotionally.
• Build strong relationships with students to boost their confidence and independence.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in SEMH or SEN settings is beneficial.
• A sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
