We are seeking a dedicated Adult ESOL Lecturer to join our client's team. This role involves teaching and managing ESOL courses for adult learners, ensuring high-quality curriculum delivery and fostering positive outcomes for students.

• Lead the delivery of designated Adult ESOL courses, ensuring effective organisation and high-quality teaching.
• Identify and assess the needs and progress of students, designing tailored learning sessions to drive their development.
• Deliver engaging and innovative teaching activities that promote student success.
• Implement assessment strategies and provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning.
• Undertake administrative duties and contribute to curriculum development and self-improvement activities, including continuous professional development (CPD).
• Monitor student performance, making timely interventions to ensure positive outcomes.
• Establish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders such as employers and parents/carers to support student progress.
• Participate in recruitment and marketing activities to promote the ESOL program and attract new students.
• Continuously evaluate and improve the quality and effectiveness of personal teaching practices and learning programs.

• Proven experience as an ESOL Lecturer or in a similar teaching role.
• Strong understanding of the ESOL curriculum and effective teaching methodologies.
• Ability to design and deliver high-quality, engaging educational content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining productive relationships.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
