Technical Services Manager

We are looking for an experienced technical services manager to oversee the MEP elements of a £25m hotel project in London. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage both mechanical and electrical trades, ensuring seamless project delivery.
The role:

• Oversee all mechanical and electrical installations, ensuring quality, compliance, and programme alignment.
• Manage subcontractors and site teams to ensure smooth coordination across all MEP works.
• Work closely with the project team to resolve technical challenges and drive efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld across all MEP activities.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and quality control, ensuring all systems are delivered to the highest standard.

• Proven experience managing both mechanical and electrical trades on large-scale projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and fit-out processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions on-site.
