We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and impactful charity for a Team Manager to lead a dynamic frontline team supporting individuals with complex needs who have experienced long-term rough sleeping. About the Job:
Based at a direct access accommodation service, you will manage a committed team of 9 staff and work closely with the associated day centre to support people directly from the streets. This is a pivotal leadership position, responsible for delivering high-quality, trauma-informed support within a psychologically informed environment.
You'll play a key role in shaping the direction of the service, leading innovative approaches, and ensuring a joined-up, multi-agency response to tackling rough sleeping. This includes managing day-to-day operations, safeguarding, data and performance monitoring, and fostering community and partnership collaboration.
