We have an opportunity available for a PART TIME Finance Assistant to join the team at Lyne House based in Warrington, WA2 7JB.
Salary: £12,259.16 per annum
Hours: 18 weekly

Responsibilities
The role purpose is to assist the Sales Coordinator in providing a high quality financial support service.
To be responsible for processing sales ledger transactions onto the Accounting System accurately and in a timely fashion.
Provide assistance and guidance to Making Space teams regarding the proper processes to be followed when dealing with finance matters.
Liaise in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders e.g. local authorities and creditors, social & health authorities, housing benefits department stakeholders.
Qualifications
It is an essential criteria for candidates to have a NVQ Level II (or equivalent) and experience of working within a finance department.
We are looking for individuals who have the ability to work independently and in accordance with deadlines.
On joining Making Space you will be supported step by step with on-the-job training as well as the opportunity to undertake professional qualifications if desired and required for your role.
