Paint Prepper

Location: South East London
Pay: 14- 17 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: 45 hours per week
Overtime: Available at a take-home rate

An established accident repair centre in South East London is seeking an experienced Prepper to join their team. This role requires a skilled professional who can hit the ground running, with no training provided.

• Prepare vehicle panels for painting, including sanding, priming, and masking
• Ensure surfaces are smooth and ready for the paint process
• Carry out minor filler work where necessary
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines in the workplace

• Previous experience in vehicle preparation within a body shop or accident repair centre
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No training provided - must be fully competent in all aspects of prep work

• Competitive pay of 14- 17 per hour, depending on experience
• Overtime available at a take-home rate
• No efficiency-based bonuses - paid fairly for hours worked
