Plumber - Permanent, Full Time

Location: Basildon, Essex

We are looking for skilled and motivated Plumbers to join our established team in Basildon. If you take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the RoleAs a Plumber within our property services team, you will:

• Carry out a wide range of plumbing repairs and maintenance across our properties.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-skill beyond your core trade, which may include minor building work, drainage repairs, and groundworks.
• Use a handheld device to receive and complete jobs (full training provided).
• Work efficiently, professionally, and safely, ensuring a first-class customer experience.
• Participate in an out-of-hours rota as required.

About YouWe're looking for someone with:

• Proven experience in a similar plumbing/repairs role.
• The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and safely operate small hand tools.
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
• The ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ideally, experience working in social housing or local authority environments.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Craft or Level 2 in a relevant trade (or equivalent).
• JIB-PMES Blue CSCS Card, or working towards obtaining one.
• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months (a company van is provided for work use).
