Job Title: Warehouse & Workshop Operative

Salary: £25,500 per annum

Location: Elstree

Contract: Permanent / 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Our client is seeking a motivated and technically minded Assembly Warehouse Operative to join our Workshop and Warehouse team in Elstree!

Job Description:

• Respond to customer service queries regarding technical issues, repairs or warranties via phone call or emails
• Carry out examination and testing of returns.
• Booking in repairs into the system
• Complete radio frequency programming for customer orders
• Understand all stages of service repair process
• Gain full product and technical knowledge to be able to carry out the role and respond to customer and internal enquires
• Picking and packing items
• Using hand held scanners
• Keeping the workshop environment safe and clean
• Stock taking
• Managing goods in and out

Job Requirements:

• Support and liaise with other internal departments such as sales administration
• Proficient in using a PC and comfortable with technology
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer focused mindset with a proactive attitude
• Physically capable of lifting heavy loads
• Physically fit
• Able to manage a busy workload
• Driving license is essential for the role
• Positive can do attitude
