As we continue to expand, we're seeking a Technical IT Manager to lead and evolve our internal technology landscape. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on technical leadership and strategic oversight in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

  • Oversee and maintain all internal IT systems, infrastructure, and software tools supporting architectural workflows (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM platforms)
  • Lead and mentor a team of two skilled technical engineers, fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture
  • Ensure network security, data backups, and business continuity across on-prem and cloud environments
  • Liaise with department heads to anticipate tech needs and improve operational efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships and procurement of IT hardware/software
  • Proven track record in IT management or Team-leadership
  • Strong proficiency with Windows server environments, cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure), and networking best practices
  • Experience managing small IT teams with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication skills-able to translate technical detail for non-technical stakeholders
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design software and license management is a plus
