Your new company I'm working with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Surrey who are looking to add to their team a new Payroll Coordinator to join an increasingly growing Payroll team with opportunities to grow and learn.
Your new role
As a Payroll Officer, you will play a crucial role in the payroll team, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. You will verify and approve calculations, collaborate with the payroll team, and handle technical enquiries efficiently. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining compliance with statutory legislation and organisational policies.
What you'll need to succeed

  • Expertise and knowledge of payroll techniques and procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in verifying payroll calculations.
  • Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proactive approach to reviewing and improving payroll processes.
  • Experience with payroll software and reconciliation processes.
