The RoleAs a FinancialComplaints Investigator, you'll:

• Dig deep into complaints of all shapes and sizes
• Review evidence from case management systems, process docs, project board papers & more
• Speak with stakeholders at all levels
• Spot weaknesses, understand root causes & recommend improvements
• Draft high-quality reports, letters & responses - all within tight deadlines
• Feed into wider analysis to help continually improve

• Experience investigating complaints/risk assessments
• Sharp analytical & problem-solving skills
• Excellent written & verbal communication
• Strong emotional intelligence
• Calm under pressure & self-motivated
• Team player with a flexible approach
• Knowledge of regulatory & operational processes

• Based within Risk & Compliance Oversight (R&CO) - the second line of defence
