Our dedicated domestic abuse services in Sittingbourne, Kent are looking for a Support Officer to join our friendly and forward-thinking team.

As a Support Officer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality support to individuals with additional needs and complex circumstances. Many of our customers face multiple barriers to accessing services, and your work will help them gain entry to Clarion's Supported Housing and receive the support they need to thrive.

We're seeking motivated, compassionate, and enthusiastic individuals who are ready to build a rewarding career with one of Europe's largest housing associations. This role requires empathy, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting others. While the work can be challenging, the impact you'll have makes it deeply fulfilling.

You'll need a good understanding of safeguarding vulnerable adults and be familiar with the network of statutory and non-statutory services that support them. Working within our Kent-based team, you'll collaborate with colleagues across supported housing and outreach services to deliver person-centred, empowering support.
