Tradewind has partnered with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" primary school in Sutton, seeking enthusiastic TAs to support KS1 or KS2 pupils with autism and other learning needs. This 2-form entry school is known for its inclusive and supportive environment.

Role Highlights:

• Providing 1:1 support for pupils with ASD in KS1 or KS2
• Leading intervention sessions for SEN groups
• Supporting pupils' EHCP targets and monitoring progress
• Promoting a positive learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience supporting children with autism in a classroom setting
• Strong understanding of SEN needs
• Enhanced DBS and references
• CACHE L2 or L3
