GM Recruitment are recruiting a Project Manager for our Developer client to lead the conversion of an existing commercial space into 115 residential units. Our client is a respected developer with an enviable list of projects. You are a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and excellent organisational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Co-Ordination (managing and co-ordinating all design consultants)
- Producing and regularly updating the construction programme
- Monitor and managing the project budget
- Stakeholder management and reporting (managing upwards and providing regular reports to equity partners, lender and other stakeholders)
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience working for a Developer in a Project Manager role
- A strong track record of managing high-quality developer projects to successful completion, on time and within budget
- Exceptional leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage project teams effectively
- Solid understanding of UK construction industry standards, techniques, and health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English
- Proficiency in construction-related software and tools for project tracking and reporting
- Relevant qualifications in construction management, project management, or a similar field are advantageous
