A RIBA-chartered practice based in Essex is looking for a talented Newly Qualified Architect to join their friendly and collaborative team. With a strong reputation for innovative, tailored design solutions across the residential, retail, and commercial sectors, the studio offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of meaningful, design-led work.

• Lead and support design development across all RIBA stages

• Prepare and coordinate detailed construction drawings and specifications

• Oversee project delivery, including site inspections and contract administration

• Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and contractors

• Assist with planning applications, feasibility studies, and design documentation

• ARB registered (or recently passed Part 3)

• UK practice experience (Part 2 or Architect level)

• Confident knowledge of UK planning, building regs, and construction methods

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong design skills with attention to detail

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively

• AutoCAD proficiency beneficial
