Warehouse Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented warehouse supervisor to support the daily operations of our inventory storage facility in Rome, Italy. The ideal candidate will assist in managing deliveries, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, conducting audits, and fostering positive client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the efficient management of daily operations at the inventory storage site.
• Support the implementation of health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Help coordinate and schedule deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate processing and dispatch.
• Participate in regular audits, assisting in maintaining inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships through effective communication and support.
• Assist with overseeing staff operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, audits, and health and safety checks.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and reporting via Excel spreadsheets.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations concerning warehouse operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proficiency in Excel for data tracking, reporting, and inventory management.
• Strong proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian is an advantage.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role is preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus, but training may be provided.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
