Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalised support and assistance to students with special educational needs, tailoring your approach to their individual learning styles and needs
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, therapists, and other support staff to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and learning plans
• Facilitate small-group activities and one-on-one sessions to reinforce concepts and provide additional support
• Monitor student progress, document observations, and communicate regularly with parents and caregivers
• Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in an SEN setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with students, teachers, and parents
