Lorg Talent is recruiting on behalf of two well-established roofing contractors in Western Australia and Queensland, offering full-time opportunities for experienced Roof Plumbers and Roofers.

Whether you are seeking steady residential work on large-scale housing estates or a more varied role across commercial and maintenance projects, we have roles suited to your background and goals.

Available Roles

1. Roof Plumbers - Queensland (Brisbane)

These roles involve working on new-build detached homes, installing metal sheet roofing and rainwater systems including fascia, guttering, and downpipes. You will work across well-organised residential developments, supported by a structured and efficient operations team.

Key features:

• New-build residential housing (single and double-storey)
• Installation of roofing and rainwater systems
• Structured schedules and consistent work
• Sites located throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland

2. Roof Plumbers - Perth Metro (Western Australia)

This is a hands-on role with greater variety across residential and commercial projects. You will be part of a small, reliable team delivering a broad scope of roofing and rainwater services, including:

• Full roof replacements and leak repairs
• Insurance and storm damage work
• Preventative roof maintenance and coatings
• Gutter, fascia, downpipe, and skylight installations
• Real estate, strata, and property maintenance
• Asbestos roof removal and re-roofing (where licensed)

Key Experience Required

• Experience installing metal roofing systems (such as box profile sheeting or insulated panels)
• Ability to read and follow plans or job scopes

• Comfortable working at heights and in outdoor environments

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in residential or commercial roofing
• UK Trade Qualification in Roofing
• Valid UK Driver's Licence
• Strong teamwork, communication, and reliability on site
