Aqua Healthcare are a Healthcare Recruitment Agency based in the City of London. We are currently looking to recruit a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, professional team and to carve out a recruitment career in a fast-growing company with an excellent market reputation, working with major healthcare providers across the UK.

The working days are Monday to Friday and the hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm. The position is based in Aqua s office which is a short walk from Liverpool Street and Moorgate station.

Responsibilities of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Resourcing candidates through various means including our database, job boards and social media platforms.
• Screening/qualifying potential candidates to ensure they are suitable to undertake work for our clients.
• Collecting candidates compliance documents and formatting their CV s.
• Ensure candidate and client information is kept up to date on our system.
• Create, post and manage job adverts.
• Building and maintaining candidate and client relationships.

Requirements

• Motivated and ambitious.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A team player who is prepared to help the wider team when required.
• High attention to detail and well organised.
