IT Trainer

We're looking for an IT Trainer for our public sector client based in London on an initial 12-month contract, paying up to £500 per day (UMB) Inside IR35.

This role allows hybrid working, with an expectation to attend the office around 40% of the time. You will need to either hold current Security Clearance (SC) or have the ability to pass it.

The successful IT Trainer will be self-driven, organised, and motivated, with a strong background in delivering training and support across Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint. You will effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders, managing interdependencies and ensuring delivery against agreed timelines.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Proven training and support experience.
• Strong SharePoint training experience.
• Established experience using and training on M365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, self-driven, and motivated.
• Strong administration skills.
• Team player with a collaborative approach.

Desirable:

• Experience with a Learning Management System or One Bank Service.
