Job Title: Multi-Trade Operative (Maintenance Technician)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative (Maintenance Technician) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs across various trades, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and decorating.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple trades
- Conduct inspections and identify potential issues
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure all facilities are in functional and safe conditions
- Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a multi-trade operative in a property maintenance environment
- Full driving license
- Ability to start on April 1, 2025
- Previous experience working for a local authority is desirable

Working Hours:
- 37 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 08:45 - 17:15

Contract Details:
- Temporary contract
- Start date: April 1, 2025
- End date: June 24, 2025

Salary:
- Competitive hourly rate
