Sous Chef

We are recruiting for a Sous Chef for a fine dining restaurant in London.
Working in a strong brigade, you should be an experienced Sous Chef with the skills to manage a team and run the kitchen.
Classically trained experience cooking to at leaser 2AA rosette standard is desirable
Working 5 out of 7 days, 48 hour contract
