My client are a reputable drylining company who have been established for over 10 years. With a turnover of £10m, they are looking to continute this growth in the next coming years. They have a very wide range of project portfolio including Education, Commercial, Residential & Healthcare.

As they experience a large amount of growth, they are looking for an experienced drylining contracts manager to join a growing team to allow the business to progress further.

Duties & responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the site management and on-site sub contractors for contracts based in London and the South-East surrounding areas.
• You will be responsible for organising manpower/equipment/materials and maintaining excellent cleaning standards/relationships. Also ensuring the sub contractors invoices are checked and verified against the works complete.
• Ensuring quality is met as per our commitments to our client base. Maintain a relationship with the client team and relevant managers.
• Liaise with the Commercial Department to ensure budgets and targets are being achieved on projects you are responsible for.

Experience/Requirements:

• The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience within the construction industry with a drylining background.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Must hold an SMSTS or H&S equivalent
• Hold adequate skills when using a laptop including office products (word, excel etc)
• Must hold a valid full UK driving license and have the rights to work in the UK

Salary + Benefits:

• 20 days paid annual leave plus 2 weeks at Christmas
• Competitive salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
