SEN Teacher

Location: RedbridgeContract: Permanent Full-time

An established secondary SEN school in Redbridge is recruiting a qualified SEN Teacher to work with pupils aged 11-16 with complex learning difficulties, ASD, and social communication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons aligned to EHCPs

• Create a structured and supportive classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with support staff and external professionals

• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly

Requirements:

• QTS (essential)

• SEN experience preferred but training provided

• Strong behaviour management and nurturing approach
