About The Role:

Our client, a renowned mid-sized architecture studio recognised for their innovative and eco-conscious designs, are seeking a highly organised Studio Manager to join their London team and take the lead on studio operations, team coordination, and the day-to-day running of the practice.

This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, people-focused and enjoys supporting a busy, creative environment. This is a vibrant and social office where no two days will be the same. The role is varied, and you will be the go-to person for the team for all office related matters. You will work closely with leadership and across teams, keeping the studio running smoothly while contributing to its positive and inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations across the studio, keeping the space well-maintained, tidy and welcoming
  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, suppliers and service providers
  • Manage meeting rooms, refreshments, front-of-house duties and diary coordination
  • Liaise with landlords and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth working environment
  • Act as the main point of contact for outsourced IT support
  • Support directors with diary management, travel bookings, and ad hoc PA duties
  • Manage internal systems including holiday tracking, HR files, GDPR compliance and timesheets
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding and studio inductions
  • Coordinate social events, team activities, CPDs and outreach programmes
  • Update studio website and social media with project news and team updates

Key Skills/Requirements:

  • Previous demonstratable experience in a similar role ideally in the architecture/design/built environment
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and confident working across multiple priorities
  • A strong communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude
  • Friendly, approachable and able to build relationships across all levels
  • Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and confident with digital tools and systems
