This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and enthusiastic individual looking to build their administrative career within a refined, creative environment.

Working closely with senior team members, you will help maintain a polished and professional studio atmosphere while gaining hands-on experience in an established architectural setting. Please note this is a 12-month fixed term contract with a view to a permanent position thereafter.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide general administrative support to the studio, including diary management and meeting coordination.

Assist with maintaining studio supplies and liaising with service providers.

Support internal communications and ensure a well-organised, welcoming office environment.

Help prepare documentation and materials for meetings and presentations.

Assist with organising events, team activities, and occasional client hospitality.

Ideal Candidate:

1-2 years of administrative experience, ideally within an architecture or design studio.

A keen interest in the architecture and design industry.

Highly organised with a strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Professional, polished communication skills and a friendly, team-oriented approach.

Confident using Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems.
