The Role

As a Florist Helper, you will play a vital role in designing and delivering floral displays while ensuring the efficient operation of the floristry service. Your expertise in floral design and knowledge of the latest trends will contribute to an elegant and luxurious experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare high-standard floral arrangements for assigned properties and clients.
• Order, collect, and purchase flowers and related materials as needed.
• Deliver floral arrangements to specified locations and ensure they are refreshed as necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Stay updated on floral and interior design trends.
• Purchase vases and props when required.
• Assist in other areas of the department as needed and attend departmental meetings.
• Report any maintenance issues and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Administer purchase orders and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Complete any additional tasks as requested by management.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a professional with:

• Floristry qualification (Essential).
• Proven experience in a high-quality service environment, such as 5-star service (Essential).
• Strong IT skills, including high competency with MS Office and Internet.
• Relevant experience working in a 24/7 environment (Desirable).
• Hands-on experience in floral arrangement (Desirable).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for floral design.
