Salary: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour

The Jancett Group is a long-established family-focused organisation offering high-quality childcare, wrap-around care, and professional training across Surrey and the Southeast. Our Jancett Childcare nurseries provide nurturing, "home-from-home" early years education for children aged 0-5, delivered across community-based settings in Wallington and Carshalton.

The Role

They are looking for Level 2 and Level 3 Early Years practitioners to provide high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), supporting their learning, development, and well-being in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

Our settings are open 7.30am until 6.30pm

Positions:

• Level 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30am-6:30pm (Babies)
• Level 2- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30am-6:30pm (Babies)
• Level 3- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 7:30am-6:30pm (Toddlers)
• Level 3- Monday- Friday 10am- 2pm Half terms

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging activities based on the EYFS framework.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers to support each child's development.
• Tailor activities and approaches to meet individual developmental needs, including SEND.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver a high-quality curriculum.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas used.

Qualifications and Experience

• Level 2/3 childcare qualification - required
• Experience of working in childcare - desired
