You'll sit at the centre of the value creation function, combining hands-on engineering, architecture design, and strategic advisory.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will work across multiple PE-backed portfolio companies to design, build, and scale modern data platforms while enabling AI adoption.

• Design and build end-to-end data platforms across portfolio businesses
• Establish scalable data architectures to improve analytics and decision-making
• Ensure data environments are AI-ready and future-proofed for innovation
• Support deployment of AI and emerging agent-based solutions
• Work closely with C-suite stakeholders to deliver commercial impact
• Contribute to broader value creation initiatives across data, AI, and commercial performance

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Strong background in Data Engineering with hands-on experience
• Proven ability to build modern data platforms end-to-end
• Strong technical skills in Python and SQL
• Solid understanding of data architecture and scalability principles
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and translating technical work into business value
• Comfortable operating as a hybrid of engineer, architect, and advisor
• Tech-agnostic mindset with strong communication skills
