Business Analyst - Change Delivery (Bulk Purchase Annuity / Pension Risk Transfer)

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to lead the design and delivery of innovative solutions within our Bulk Purchase Annuities / Pensions Risk Transfer business. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, shape solutions, and support delivery from concept to implementation.

Acting as a catalyst for change, you'll combine analytical thinking with creativity to drive results, while mentoring others and promoting continuous improvement across the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for high-priority change initiatives.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define problems and desired outcomes.

• Develop and recommend solution options aligned with business strategy.

• Support detailed design, build, testing, and implementation.

• Apply Agile techniques to deliver value iteratively and efficiently.

• Coach and mentor Business Analysts to build team capability.

What You'll Bring

• Background in Bulk Purchase Annuity (BPA) or Pension Risk Transfer change delivery.

• Proven expertise in business analysis, design principles, and Agile practices.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and creative thinking skills.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in operating model design, solution development, and data-driven insight.

• Knowledge of project/change management and risk analysis.

• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
