Job Advert: Cleanroom Operative (Shift Work)
Location: Kingston, Milton Keynes
Salary: 31k- 34k (incl Shift Allowance)
Shift Pattern: Rotating Days & Nights (24/7)
Contract: Full-Time, Temp-Perm

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Cleanroom Operative to join our client production team. You will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate packaging machines (Flowraps & Multivacs) efficiently
Conduct quality checks and record data accurately
Ensure smooth production flow and minimise downtime
Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in line with company policies
Work as part of a team to meet production targets

What We're Looking For

Experience with Multivac/Flowrap or similar machinery (Thermoformers)
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to work shift patterns, including nights and weekends
Basic PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Understanding of HACCP and food safety (desirable)
